Having a good job for parents can mean either having adequate pay to cover childcare expenses, or even better having a place of employment that offers onsite daycare. Working parents can miss work because their child is sick or because there was a school holiday or emergency closure. Increasing diversity in the workplace for women may mean providing infant care oriented daycare facilities where it would be easy for a mother to visit her young infant for feedings instead of having to pump milk to send with the infant when dropping off baby at an offsite daycare.
